How to enable Telegram webhook
  1. Upload this file to a public HTTPS-enabled URL.
  2. Set webhook: https://api.telegram.org/bot<YOUR_TOKEN>/setWebhook?url=<YOUR_FILE_URL>
  3. Send /blackbox <query> or .blackbox <query> to trigger replies.
